    按人创建 Key，分配额度，限定可用模型与有效期。Create a key per person, give it a balance, and set its models and expiry.

  3. 一键配置，开始使用Set up in one click

    员工在桌面客户端导入 Key，常用 AI 工具自动完成配置。Employees import the key in the desktop client, and their AI tools are configured for them.

现有工具和代码如何接入？How do I connect my tools and code?

NoClose 兼容 OpenAI 与 Anthropic 接口格式。把工具或代码中的 Base URL 换成 NoClose 地址，填入 NoClose Key 即可；员工也可以用桌面客户端一键配置。NoClose is compatible with the OpenAI and Anthropic API formats. Change the Base URL in your tool or code to NoClose and use your NoClose key. Employees can also set up their tools in one click with the desktop client.

价格如何计算？How is usage priced?

按实际用量计费，美元结算。各模型的实时价格见模型与价格页面；企业可按规模与用量洽谈。You pay for what you use, in USD. See the live price of each model on the models and pricing page. Companies can negotiate by size and usage.

员工离职或不再使用时怎么办？What happens when an employee leaves?

管理员可随时停用该员工的 Key，并把未用额度收回到企业钱包。An admin disables the employee's key and moves its unused balance back to the company wallet.

服务可用性如何保障？How reliable is the service?

我们承诺 99%+ SLA 可用性，故障自动切换；运行状态页实时展示各模型成功率，问题一对一跟进。We commit to a 99%+ availability SLA with automatic failover. The status page shows the live success rate of each model, and we follow up on every issue 1-on-1.
